1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PhantomRank ("the Service"), operated by PhantomRank ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

PhantomRank is an AI visibility tracking platform that monitors how brands are mentioned and cited inside AI-generated answers across large language models. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with free and paid tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to manipulate or spam AI engine outputs
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
  • Share account credentials with unauthorised third parties
  • Resell or redistribute data obtained from the Service without written consent

5. Payments and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (INR). You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Data and Accuracy

PhantomRank provides AI visibility data on a best-effort basis. AI engines change their outputs frequently, and we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any scan results. The Service is a measurement tool, not a guarantee of AI rankings or placements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology within PhantomRank remain our property. Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the brand names, content, or information you submit for tracking.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhantomRank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
